While I was fiddling around trying to figure out why [464] would shake at highway speeds, I noticed the front brake pads were down to the wire. Easy enough, I swapped in a new set. The vibration at speed ended up being the old tires (sad), but I then started to get all the signs of “warped” rotors. This past weekend, I simply bolted up a fresh set from Rock Auto.
Thanks to a closeout special, I got both rotors shipped to my door for $10 less than one would have run me at Autozone before sales tax.
